Maintenance Cleaning
This is a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance plan for clients who have first received a deep cleaning. This ensures everything is thoroughly cleaned before we return for routine visits to keep things maintained.

Standard Cleaning
Basic home cleaning includes sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down and/or sanitizing all surfaces as part of routine upkeep.

Pricing for deep house cleaning starts at $0.14 per sq ft, with potential upcharges if conditions are worse than originally agreed upon.
Post-Construction Cleanup
Post-construction clean-up includes removing all dust and debris from every room, cleaning baseboards and all window and door frames, sweeping and mopping, and vacuuming all floors, cabinets, and drawers.

Deep Cleaning
We offer all the usual cleaning services, plus we move furniture, beds, and more to get behind and underneath everything, making sure to catch any dirt, hair, or grime. We also clean appliances, baseboards, exterior cabinet doors, windows, and ceiling fans. On top of that, we take care of laundry, wash dishes, change bedding, make beds, and remove pet hair!

Move-In/Out Cleaning
We handle your household move-out cleaning checklist and ensure your new rental or home is sparkling clean before you move in. From cleaning behind appliances to dusting blinds and fans, scrubbing baseboards and counters, to shampooing carpets and washing windows—we cover it all!

Home Organization
We help you organize, find a place for your belongings, and declutter your space. Whether it’s dishes, laundry, or your office, we’re here to get things in order. A minimum of 2 hours is required.

Carpet Shampooing
Starting at $49 per room
We will move all furniture, vacuum as needed, and then shampoo the carpets as part of our deep house cleaning service. Afterward, we will put all the furniture back where it belongs, ensuring everything is in place for regular house cleaning or post construction cleaning.
Dishes
Starting at $49
While we’re at your residence for regular house cleaning, we’ll take care of cleaning and putting away all the dishes. This includes loading the dishwasher, hand washing pots and pans or any items that aren’t dishwasher safe, and putting everything away once it’s dry. Whether it’s part of your routine or during a deep house cleaning or post construction cleaning, we ensure your kitchen is left spotless.
Fridge/Freezer clean out
Starting at $49
We’ll get rid of anything expired, old, moldy, or anything you’d like us to remove from your fridge or freezer as part of our deep house cleaning service. After that, we’ll clean and wipe down all the drawers and shelves. Once everything is clean and dry, we’ll put back any items you’re keeping, ensuring a fresh start similar to what we offer in our post construction cleaning and regular house cleaning services.
Kitchen Cabinet organizing/cleaning
Starting at $49
We provide deep house cleaning services that include cleaning the inside and outside of all kitchen cabinets and drawers. Afterward, we organize and set up the cabinets to make them easier to maintain, whether it's part of our regular house cleaning or post construction cleaning.
Laundry
Starting at $49
We’ll use your supplies to take care of your laundry while we’re at your place for regular house cleaning, ensuring we get as much done as possible. Whether it's deep house cleaning, post construction cleaning, or routine tasks, we can wash, dry, fold, and put away everything we can for you.
Oven cleaning
Starting at $49
We’ll handle a deep house cleaning by thoroughly cleaning all the burners and the top surface of your oven, along with the inside and the racks. Once everything is spotless and dry, we’ll put it all back in place, ensuring it’s ready for use after any post construction cleaning or regular house cleaning.
Windows
Starting at $49
We’ll handle all aspects of your deep house cleaning by cleaning all windows, frames, and sills, and vacuuming between the windows and screens for you. Please note, this doesn’t include cleaning the outside of the windows, which is often addressed in post construction cleaning or regular house cle.
